Richtek has developed a diverse portfolio of automotive power solutions for different applications including infotainment, advanced driver assistance systems, telematics and others. We have offered a wide range of products from DC/DC converters, LDOs, power switches, LED drivers, PMICs to USB PD ICs to fulfil different application requirements. | RT5707/A is a 360nA ultra-low IQ, 2.2V-5.5V input, 1.2V-3.3V output, 0.6A Iout HCOT Buck Converter in a WL-CSP-8B 0.9x1.6 (BSC) package. (0.7V-3.1Vout, 0.4A Iout: RT5701A) It provides up to 90% high efficiency at 10µA load current. The HCOT operation with internal compensation allows transient response to be optimized over a wide range of loads. It is suitable for IoT, wearable devices, portable devices, etc. |
